Seemoon Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. operates as a specialized manufacturer of adjustable beds, nursing care beds, and metal bed frames from our 20,000-square-meter facility in Long An Province, Vietnam. Established in December 2018, we function as the Southeast Asian production base of Pinghu Allen Furniture Co., Ltd., bringing over 15 years of furniture manufacturing expertise to Vietnam operations. Our factory employs more than 300 skilled workers across 6 buildings, running 4 dedicated adjustable bed production lines and 2 robot welding workshops. We serve furniture retailers, healthcare providers, and hospitality clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets with a focus on volume production, quality consistency, and reliable lead times. In 2024, we broke ground on an additional 20,000-square-meter facility in Mingxing Industrial Zone, expanding our capacity for adjustable beds, metal furniture components, and outdoor furniture production.

Seemoon produces three core product categories serving residential, healthcare, and hospitality markets. Our adjustable bed bases include dual-motor, three-motor, and quad-motor configurations with wireless and Bluetooth control, massage functions, and zero-gravity positioning from Twin to California King sizes. Our hospital-grade nursing beds feature hi-low adjustment, Trendelenburg positioning, safety rails, and care-optimized controls for medical facilities and home care. Our metal bed frame line includes platform bases, folding frames, storage frames, and hotel foundations with powder-coated finishes.
We handle OEM production, private label manufacturing, and custom specifications including fabric selection, motor configuration, and control branding. Our Vietnam facility exports container loads to Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Target, and furniture distributors requiring consistent quality across multi-year programs. We operate complete in-house processes from metal cutting through robot welding, powder coating, assembly, and quality inspection.
